About The Creative Team of English Community of Balikpapan

The Creative Team, better known as CreaTe, was founded on November 14th, 2010. As of May 2011, it is consisted of 8 members.

The main purpose of CreaTe is of course, to be the main pillar of English Community of Balikpapan, in creating and arranging programs for the weekly sunday meeting. CreaTe is also a place of ideas, where fresh ideas about new programs and improvement to the everyday basis of the weekly sunday meeting are contained. Basically, CreaTe plays a major role in English Community of Balikpapan's development and progress.

CreaTe's main focus is the teenagers, with the programs designed to suit their range of thought and knowledge. Currently, the system for the weekly sunday meeting is 2 main programs and 1 random program / game week. The main programs are Discussion and Debate, where the topics used are general and light topics that are mostly connected to teenagers' lives and their opinions on the things happening around them. As for the random programs, most of them are games. They're designed and arranged to make the participants have as much fun as possible.

English Community of Balikpapan and are open to new members, of any age and background, to participate in our weekly meeting on sunday at 4pm in monpera. Also, CreaTe itself is also open to new ideas for our programs and the improvement of English Community of Balikpapan.
